Inclusive India Foundation works in social domain on the issue of health care, education, livelihood, sanitation, etc. for the betterment of poor and underprivileged section of the society. It works in collaboration with different organizations/agencies and local people.

Health Care

Inclusive India Foundation (IIF) works in close collaboration with different governmental and non-governmental organizations to deliver the services. It organizes Health Camps, Eye Screening Camps, Blood Donation Camps, etc. to serve the underprivileged section of the society.


IIF through its initiative EnLight a Girl Child IIF is striving to replace traditional kerosene oil lamp with bright LED Lantern to at least 1 million girl children. Till date, IIF has already reached out to 25,000 girl children across Bihar, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and West Bengal. In the coming year, IIF is planning to expand the project in Uttar Pradesh, Odisha and sates of North East.

IIF also does advocacy and promotes girls' education through creating awareness on girls' education, Government Schemes for girl children, Girl Child Rights, Constitutional Acts, etc.


IIF works as a bridge between unemployed youth and the potential employers. It provides skill development training in order to provide skilled man powers to the industries/companies. IIF thirst areas are:

Skill Development Training

  • Technical Training along with Soft Skill Training
  • Focus on area specific and industry requirements
  • Training is based on Partnership Model – minimal fee charge from the participants and support from donor agencies/organizations/corporate for logistics

  • Counselling to the beneficiaries for job interview

Promotion Of Entrepreneurship

  • Identify the potential entrepreneurs
  • Training on Capacity Building for Entrepreneurship
  • Promotion of entrepreneurship among youth and women

IIF works Pan-India and tries to mainstream the marginalized people by enhancing their skills through training in various trades in order to strengthen sustainable livelihood security.

Water & Sanitation

IIF does advocacy for improved sanitation facilities. It organizes workshops and awareness generation camps on sanitation related issues. It works on reducing open defecation by promoting as well as motivating rural population for construction of toilet facilities at their houses.
